Objective To study the level of academic achievement of 4th year Buddhist-Lao language teachers of Champasak Teachers College in the 2023-2024 academic year, this research is survey research. The sample group in this research was selected by purposeful selection of 16 4th year Buddhist students. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistical methods used to analyze the data included frequency, proportion, mean, and standard deviation. The research results found that the factors affecting overall academic achievement in all four aspects were at a good level ($\mu=3.47$). When considering each aspect, it was found that: the factor related to the teacher had the highest average value ($\mu=3.55$), followed by the student factor ($\mu=3.52$), the family factor ($\mu=3.45$), and the college environment factor had the lowest average value ($\mu=3.35$), respectively. However, family and college environmental factors still need to be improved, especially financial support from families and the adequacy of internet access within the college.
