From the requirements for the use of media in teaching and learning in educational institutions, it is currently very important and necessary to meet the requirements of modern education and to improve the quality of education.In this research study, the use of media in teaching and learning of political science, Lao language and literature, 3rd year at Champasak Buddhist Teacher Training College, academic year 2024-2025, using 2 aspects: the use of media in teaching and learning and the results of using media in teaching and learning. The sample group used in the research was: 01 director, 01 teacher and 8 students, a total of 10 sample groups. The instrument used was a 5-level standard questionnaire, with a total of 25 questions. The data analysis was based on statistical tables to find percentages and averages.The results of this study found that:In terms of the use of media in teaching and learning by teachers, the overall opinion is at a moderate level ($\overline{X}=3.12$), meaning that the teaching media used by teachers motivates students to learn on their own, uses teaching media appropriate to the level of knowledge of students, the teaching media used is consistent with the content of the lesson, teachers have used what is available locally as media in teaching and learning, and teachers need to develop methods of using media and using media in teaching to be diverse.In terms of the results of using media in teaching and learning, the overall opinion is at a moderate level ($\overline{X}=3.21$) meaning that the evaluation of the use of media in teaching and learning, after the evaluation, teachers promote good students and find ways to help weak students, the evaluation is consistent and appropriate to the content of the lesson, there is a monthly learning evaluation and teachers are notified of the results of each evaluation, and teachers should monitor, observe and encourage students to pay attention to learning.The use of media in teaching and learning political science in the 3rd year of the Lao Language and Literature Champasak Buddhist Teacher Training College, is generally at an average level, both in terms of the use of media in teaching and learning and in terms of the evaluation of the use of media. The teaching media used by teachers motivate students to learn on their own, use teaching media appropriate to the level of knowledge of students, and the teaching media used is consistent with the content of the lesson. However, the use of media in teaching by teachers is not yet diverse and cannot stimulate students' interest in the lesson. Therefore, teachers should develop the use of media to be diverse to increase interest and improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
