Educational technology plays a vital role in modernizing language instruction. This study investigates the integration of technology tools, particularly Google Applications and digital learning platforms, in English language instruction at Champasack University. Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire administered via Google Forms to students and lecturers and analyzed using SPSS. Findings revealed that technology-facilitated instruction increased student motivation, enhanced interaction, and supported collaborative learning environments. However, challenges such as unstable internet connectivity and limited digital infrastructure remain significant barriers to optimal technology deployment in teaching practice.
